Pemodelan Proses Bisnis Manajemen Proyek Berdasarkan Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)

Pada penelitian ini dilakukan breakdown untuk mengetahui tiap proses dan fase yang dalam manajemen proyek, mengacu pada buku Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Masalah diangkat paper yakni ada banyaknya knowledge area proyek perlu diketahui masing-masing tahapannya, agar memudahkan merencanakan membangun proyek. Penelitian bertujuan setiap kegiatan sesuai PMBOK. Metode dimulai dari pengumpulan data, pembuatan Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), menotasikan model bentuk Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN). Hasil berupa dijabarkan BPMN.
